What We Do
Equine-Assisted Therapy (EAT)
Equine-Assisted therapy involves collaboration between a therapist and a horse . Together, they facilitate sessions with horses to bring to light and enable changes you want to make. The therapist will work with you through several sessions to discuss feelings and behavioral patterns they you want to work on. Issues that have been treated by this unique form of therapy include grief, stress and PTSD, anger management, substance abuse, relationship issues.
Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL)
Equine Assisted Learning works with horses in an educational context to help people develop life skills. EAL uses therapists and horses to help with anxiety and unwanted behaviors. Interacting with these horses through various activities can help improve: resilience, social skills, personal and professional development, non-verbal communication, self-confidence, self-esteem, and co-ordination to name a few. There is no riding involved in these activities.

Our Mission
A community interest company to provide a safe and compassionate environment for people who would like to experience a different approach to make positive changes in their lives. Using the intuitive nature of the horse to teach us a way of learning about ourselves, our thoughts, our feelings, how we feel in our body and what behavioral patterns we have, in being aware of these aspects of life we can learn how to change them.
Our mission is to make Equine assisted therapy as accessible as possible to as many people as possible, making this different approach available to people who need it the most.
“Horses are completely honest with no hidden agenda or hidden fears, they want to be in balance always.”
